People v. Davis

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
May 28, 1979
70 A.D.2d 662 (N.Y. App. Div. 1979)

Opinion

May 28, 1979

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered September 8, 1978, convicting him of criminal trespass in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious grounds which could be raised on this appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v. Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631). Hopkins, J.P., Damiani, Lazer and Margett, JJ., concur.
