Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary as the trial memorandum dated December 1, 2017, with attachments, is properly part of the judgment roll, and on or before January 28, 2021, the respondent shall upload a digital copy of the trial memorandum dated December 1, 2017, with attachments, through the digital portal on this Court's website, to be filed as an exhibit on the appeal.
