Judgment of conviction of the County Court, Kings County, unanimously affirmed. The sentences under the second, third, fifth and sixth counts of the indictment are reversed upon the law and annulled. (Penal Law, § 1938; People v. Edwards, 173 App. Div. 375; People v. Goggin, 256 App. Div. 995, affd. 281 N.Y. 611.)
