Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person granted, provided appeal has been timely taken. The appeal may be perfected upon one typewritten copy of the record and six typewritten copies of the brief and appendix. William E. Gorton, Esq., 93 Main Street, Binghamton, assigned to represent appellant upon this appeal. Pursuant to section 35 (subd. 1, par. b) of the Judiciary Law, this court finds special circumstances require such assignment. Gibson, P.J., Herlihy, Reynolds, Aulisi and Gabrielli, JJ., concur.
