People v. Dantzler

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Apr 11, 1983
93 A.D.2d 839 (N.Y. App. Div. 1983)

Opinion

April 11, 1983

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Cowhey, J.), rendered May 22, 1981, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious issues that could be raised upon appeal. Accordingly, counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v California, 386 U.S. 738; People v Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf. People v Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606). Damiani, J.P., Mangano, Gulotta and Brown, JJ., concur.
