Counsel's motion to be relieved of assignment granted ( see People v. Crawford, 71 A.D.2d 38, 421 N.Y.S.2d 485 [1979] ).

Resentence unanimously affirmed. (Appeal from Resentence of Livingston County Court, Dennis S. Cohen, J.—Burglary, 2nd Degree). SCUDDER, P.J., CENTRA, FAHEY, PERADOTTO, and WHALEN, JJ., concur.
