DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to transfer venue of an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered December 21, 2012, to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts; and it is further,

ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with this appeal shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts.
