DENIAL OF PETITION FOR REHEARING AND ORDER MODIFYING OPINION [NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT]

Appellants petition for rehearing is denied. The opinion filed October 29, 2003, is modified as follows:

Footnote 5 on page 10 of the opinion is modified to read:

We reject defendants contention that there was no evidence that defendant carried the victim into the bedroom for the purpose of committing a sexual assault. The record shows otherwise.

Except for this modification, the opinion remains unchanged. This modification does not effect a change in the judgment.
