ORDER

The motion "for leave to amend or supplement" appellant's brief on appeal is GRANTED. Appellant's "Supplement to Issue VI" that was received with the motion is accepted for filing as appellant's supplemental brief. The prosecutor may file a response to appellant's supplemental brief.
