Motion for leave to appeal as a poor person denied, and the appeal from the orders of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on August 27, 1970 and January 20, 1971, respectively, dismissed sua sponte, with leave to renew the coram nobis application, if appropriate, after exhausting the procedures outlined in People v. Aponte ( 28 N.Y.2d 343).

Concur — Stevens, P.J., Capozzoli, McGivern, McNally and Eager, JJ.
