DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered October 1, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 20, 2020, the motion of the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief was granted.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 20, 2020, is recalled and vacated, and the motion for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief is denied.

The appellant has failed to file a pro se supplemental brief although afforded sufficient opportunity to do so.
