The People having moved to dismiss, based on defendant's abscondment, the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about February 21, 2019 and amended on May 13, 2019, said appeal having been perfected, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed.
