ORDER
This matter returns to us on remand from our Supreme Court for (1) reconsideration in light of Posey and (2) consideration of "whether the defendant's judgment of sentence correctly indicates that he was convicted as a fourth habitual offender." People v Crumpton, ___Mich ____; 997 N.W.2d 198 (2023). On the Court's own motion pursuant to MCR 7.216(A)(7) and (A)(9), we DIRECT the parties to file supplemental briefs addressing both of the issues framed in the Supreme Court's remand order. The parties' supplemental briefs shall be limited to no more than 20 pages and shall be duly filed in this Court within 28 days of the Clerk's certification of this order. Each party may also file a responsive brief, limited to 10 pages, within 14 days of service of the opposing party's supplemental brief.
