Summary Dispositions March 29, 2000:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the case is remanded to the trial court for a hearing and findings pursuant to the Supreme Court's decision in People v Stanaway, 446 Mich. 643 (1994). MCR 7.302 (F)(1). If the trial court finds that the defendant should have been provided with the requested evidence, the trial court is to determine whether the failure to provide the evidence was harmless error. WEAVER, C.J.

I would deny or grant leave to appeal.
