Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Robert J. Corry, Jr. (Attorney Registration No. 32705) from the practice of law for a period of one year and one day, all stayed upon the successful completion of a three-year period of probation with conditions, effective September 28, 2007. On November 13, 2006, Respondent pled guilty to third degree assault, a Class 1 misdemeanor, in violation of C.R.S. § 18-3-204. He thereafter successfully completed all of the conditions of his one-year deferred judgment and the case was dismissed in May 2007. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b).
