Appeal by defendant from an order of the County Court, Kings County, dated February 9, 1961, denying his coram nobis application to vacate a judgment of said court, rendered January 29, 1951, upon his plea of guilty, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, unarmed, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to serve a term of 30 to 60 years. Order affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
