Summary Disposition April 27, 1999:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the case is remanded to the Genesee Circuit Court which, if it has not already done so, is to make the corrections to the presentence report specified at the original sentencing proceeding of January 7, 1988, and forward a copy of the amended presentence report to the Department of Corrections. MCR 7.302(F)(1). In all other respects, the delayed application for leave to appeal is denied. Jurisdiction is not retained. Court of Appeals No. 212650.
