Appellant having moved to consolidate appeals taken from the judgments of Supreme Court, Onondaga County, rendered September 29, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Piotr Banasiak, Esq. dated March 3, 2017, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered September 29, 2014 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
