Appellant having moved to consolidate appeals taken from the judgments of Cattaraugus County Court, rendered November 3, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Nicholas P. DiFonzo, Esq. sworn to December 16, 2015, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered November 3, 2014 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
