Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Richmond County, rendered November 14, 1958 after a jury trial, convicting him of burglary in the third degree and grand larceny in the second degree, and sentencing him as a second felony offender to serve consecutive terms of 5 to 20 years on the burglary count and 2 1/2 to 5 years on the larceny count. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Ughetta, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
