ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING REHEARING

BLEASE, Acting P. J.

THE COURT

It is hereby ordered that the opinion filed herein on November 4, 2009, be modified as follows:

1. On page 2, delete the first sentence of the second paragraph and replace it as follows:

On March 19, 2006, defendant obtained possession of a Toyota Celica which had been stolen from a trailer park near Cottonwood (Shasta County).

2. On page 5, under section C (third line) replace “theft of the Toyota Celica” with “unlawful possession of the stolen Toyota Celica.”

This modification does not change the judgment.

The petition for rehearing is denied.
