PRESENT:

Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to take appeals from the judgments of Onondaga County Court, rendered October 26, 2015 and April 21, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of I. Aurora Flores, Esq. dated October 29, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks CPL 460.30 relief for the judgment of Onondaga County Court rendered October 26, 2015 (KA 16-01366) is dismissed as unnecessary, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks CPL 460.30 relief for the judgment of Onondaga County Court rendered April 21, 2016 (KA 16-02088) is granted and I. Aurora Flores, Esq. is hereby directed to file and serve the notice of appeal in accordance with CPL 460.10 on or before January 19, 2017.
