Defendant-appellant having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the appeals taken to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about September 29, 2016 (Case No. 2017-942), and from an order, same Court, entered on or about April 23, 2019 (Case No. 2019-5889), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time in which to perfect the appeals to the October 2023 Term of this Court.
