Defendant-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about September 29, 2016, and from an order, same court, rendered on or about April 23, 2019, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeals to the May 2022 Term of this Court, with leave to seek further extensions, if necessary.
