DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeals taken by appellant Southeast Financial Credit Union and to consolidate.

Motion for order directing pro hac vice admission of Chanelle R. Acheson, Esq., John E. Haubenreich, Esq. and Jeremy A. Oliver, Esq., attorneys admitted in the State of Tennessee, pursuant to section 520.1 (a) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in response to the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals and to consolidate, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken by Southeast Financial Credit Union is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect said appeals is extended to March 13, 2017, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals taken by Southeast Federal Credit Union shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an order directing pro hac vice admission is granted, without costs, and Chanelle R. Acheson, Esq., John E. Haubenreich, Esq. and Jeremy A. Oliver, Esq., are admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing appellant Southeast Financial Credit Union upon the appeal.
