Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Timothy P. Murphy, Esq. dated March 8, 2018, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Donna A. Milling, Esq. dated March 13, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered September 1, 2016 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
