Judgment of the County Court of Dutchess county reversed on the law and the facts and a new trial ordered. In our opinion, the defendant's guilt of the crime of kidnapping was not established beyond a reasonable doubt. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Kapper, Scudder and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
