DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for trial exhibits, for sealed exhibit and sealed trial transcripts to be provided to counsel for appellant and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for the sealed trial transcripts is granted to the extent that the Clerk of Schenectady County Court is directed to release to Cliff Gordon, Esq., a copy of those transcripts, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for trial exhibits, the sealed exhibit and for further relief is denied.
