THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. LORI J. COLE, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to take appeals from judgments of the Ontario County Court, rendered October 16, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Lori Cole sworn to April 12, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Heather Parker Hines, Esq. dated May 19, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that Lori Cole is hereby directed to file and serve the notice of appeal in accordance with CPL 460.10 on or before June 24, 2016, for the judgment of Ontario County Court relating to SCI 11-DI-171 (KA 16-00745), and

It is further ORDERED that the notice of appeal dated November 15, 2015, which was filed at the Ontario County Clerk's Office on November 20, 2015 and served on the Ontario County District Attorney on November 20, 2015, is hereby deemed timely filed and served (KA 16-00744).
