Judgment of conviction by the Court of Special Sessions reversed, and defendant discharged on the ground that the evidence does not justify a finding of the intent necessary to constitute the crime. Blackmar, P.J., Rich and Young, JJ., concur; Kelly and Kelby, JJ., vote to affirm.
