Judgment of conviction of the County Court of Kings county reversed upon the facts and a new trial ordered. It was not proved beyond a reasonable doubt that defendant was one of the persons who committed the crime charged. Lazansky, P.J., Rich, Kapper, Seeger and Scudder, JJ., concur.
