An appeal having been taken to this Court by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about November 14, 2012, And on June 4, 2015, this Court having unanimously affirmed the aforementioned judgment, And defendant having moved, pro se, for poor person relief and for the assignment of appellate counsel in anticipation of an application for coram nobis relief, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
