Supreme Court of Michigan
Dec 9, 2004
689 N.W.2d 233 (Mich. 2004)

Opinion

No. 126261.

December 9, 2004.

SC: 126261, COA: 243449, Genesee CC: 02-009740-FH.

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the April 6, 2004 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.

CAVANAGH and Kelly, JJ., would remand this case to the Genesee Circuit Court for resentencing.
