ORDER

The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.

To the extent defendant seeks delayed leave to appeal the February 15, 2023 order denying his motion to award jail credit, the delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented. To the extent defendant seeks delayed leave to appeal the May 30, 2023 order, the delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to establish that the trial court erred in denying the successive motion for relief from judgment.
