Order

By order of December 1, 2021, the application for leave to appeal the June 11, 2021 order of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v. Johnson (Docket No. 163073). On order of the Court, leave to appeal having been denied in Johnson on July 7, 2023, ––– Mich ––––, 992 N.W.2d 247 (2023), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court.
