PRESENT:

Counsel for appellant having moved for permission to file an appellant's brief in excess of the page limitation prescribed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.4(f)(3) on the appeal taken from the judgment of Steuben County Court rendered April 24, 2017,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Brian Shiffrin, Esq. dated July 20, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
