THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. THOMAS CLAYTON, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Respondent having moved for an extension of the time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of Steuben County Court, rendered April 24, 2017,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time to file and serve a respondent's brief is extended to February 25, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that the appellant shall file any reply brief within 15 days of the date of service of the respondent's submissions.
