Appellant having moved to withdraw poor person relief granted on the appeal taken from a judgment of the Monroe County Court, rendered September 12, 2019,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the order entered by this Court on July 14, 2020, granting poor person relief with retained counsel is vacated.
