People v. Clark

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Nov 18, 1985
114 A.D.2d 966 (N.Y. App. Div. 1985)

Opinion

November 18, 1985

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Kings County (Marano, J.).

Sentence affirmed.

Defendant pleaded guilty with the understanding that he would receive the sentence which was thereafter actually imposed. Under the circumstances of this case, defendant has no basis to now complain that his sentence was excessive (see, People v Kazepis, 101 A.D.2d 816). Lazer, J.P., Gibbons, Niehoff and Kunzeman, JJ., concur.
