Order
On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the January 27, 2021 order of the Court of Appeals is considered. We DIRECT the Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney to answer the application for leave to appeal within 28 days after the date of this order. In particular, the prosecutor shall address whether the closure of the courtroom during jury selection violated the defendant's right to a public trial.
The application for leave to appeal and the motion to remand remain pending.
