Lindley, Associate Justice of the, do hereby certify that, upon the motion of appellant pursuant to CPL 460.20 for permission to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the order of this Court entered June 9, 2017 affirming a judgment of the Monroe County Court rendered May 7, 2015, there is no question of law presented which ought to be reviewed by the Court of Appeals, and permission to appeal is hereby denied.
