PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. FRANK WILLIAM CHOATE, Defendant-Appellant.

Order

150688 & (97)(100)(101)(102)(103) Robert P. Young, Jr., Chief Justice Stephen J. Markman Mary Beth Kelly Brian K. Zahra Bridget M. McCormack David F. Viviano Richard H. Bernstein, Justices COA: 314438
Lapeer CC: 11-010879-FH

On order of the Court, the motion for leave to file pro per supplemental application is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the October 28, 2014 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motions to withdraw counsel of record, withdraw all briefs of record, hold the Court's decision in abeyance, and remand this case to the Court of Appeals to reinstate the defendant's direct appeal; to order appellate counsel to provide copies of records to the defendant; and to remand this case to the trial court for a new trial are DENIED. The supplemental motion to hold this Court's decision in abeyance and remand this case to the Court of Appeals is DENIED.

I, Larry S. Royster, Clerk of the Michigan Supreme Court, certify that the foregoing is a true and complete copy of the order entered at the direction of the Court.
