An order of this Court having been entered on January 31, 2019 (M-5359) denying defendant's motion for leave to file a late notice of appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County rendered on or about September 25, 2013, (CPL 460.30[1]), for poor person relief, the assignment of counsel, and related relief,And defendant, pro se, having moved for reconsideration of the aforesaid order and moves for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, for the assignment of counsel, and for related relief,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, (CPL 460.30).
