Defendant having moved for an enlargement of time to file a notice of appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about September 25, 2013, and for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, upon the original record and upon a reproduced appellant's brief, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion, to the extent it seeks an enlargement of time to file a notice of appeal, is denied (CPL 460.30[1]). The remainder of the motion is denied as academic.
