Extension of time granted
Based upon counsel Supervising Deputy State Public Defender Robin Kallman's representation that the appellant's reply brief is anticipated to be filed by June 13, 2022, an extension of time in which to file that brief s granted to May 13, 2022. After that date, only one further extension totaling about 30 additional days will be granted. Counsel for appellant is ordered to inform her supervising attorney of this schedule and to take all steps necessary to meet it.
