Appeal by defendant from an order of the County Court, Nassau County, dated March 20, 1961, and entered March 21, 1961, denying, without hearing, his coram nobis application to vacate a judgment of said court rendered March 28, 1958, convicting him after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree, grand larceny in the second degree and assault in the second degree, and sentencing him on all counts. Order affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
