DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to extend time to file responding papers.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and the time to file and serve the responding papers is extended to September 6, 2011.
