ORDERED that Stephen Rockmacher, Esq., having been relieved of the assignment to represent appellant upon this appeal and a decision herein having been withheld, Mitch Kessler, Esq., 63 Pike Creek Drive, Cohoes, New York 12047, (518) 235-6312, is assigned in his place and stead pursuant to County Law §722, and appellant having previously been granted permission to proceed as a poor person, it is further

ORDERED that said appeal shall be perfected in accordance with section 800.14 of the Rules of Practice (22NYCR 800.14).
