ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because it is not taken from a judgment or order that is appealable of right by the filing of a claim of appeal. MCR 7.202(6)(b); MCR 7.203(A). Dismissal is without prejudice to defendant filing a motion for review of a release decision under MCR 6.106(H)(1) as the proper initial filing to seek review of a pretrial release decision if appropriate under the court rules and the circumstances of this matter.

The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
