ORDER MODIFYING OPINION; NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT

Pursuant to the request of the Attorney General’s office, the opinion filed December 21, 2007 is hereby modified as follows: Delete the final sentence in the fourth paragraph of footnote 7 on page 9 of the slip opinion, the one that begins, “Lawyers should learn . . . .” This modification does not affect the judgment.
